1.Why does HailRide ask for an organization email id?
Organization email ID is only used for verification and authentication purposes. Our team performs due diligence on each company & university before it is added to our database of verified organizations. hailride does not share your organization email and contact number with other members.
2.What are the benefits of being a verified member? How does hailride verify its members?
Carpool – Create or join pools to share rides with trusted, verified members, making commuting easier.
Buddy – Easily request or offer assistance for package deliveries or travel needs within your trusted network.
Connect – Networking app designed for real-world interactions, helping you find "professionals near me" in just a few taps. Whether at airports, cafés, or coworking spaces, you can connect with verified professionals around you.
1.Is my email and phone number safe on hailride?
Yes, your email and phone number is safe on hailride. We never share your email and phone number with other members unless you explicitly ask us to do so.
After you send a request to delete your hailride account, it takes up to 90 days for hailride to completely remove all your information from its servers. If you want to use the app again with the same email address within 90 days, you can contact info@hailride.us
If your organization isn't verified within 2-3 days of registering, please send a message via the HailRide app.
